DKAT Virus Detection System Terms and Conditions
- DKAT Internet Services ("DKAT") provides the service ("Service") of a virus detection system to those persons ("Users") who utilize its Service.
- By using the Service, each User agrees to be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions set forth in the following paragraphs.
- Each User hereby indemnifies DKAT against any liability relating to the Service and the Users use of the Service.
- DKAT undertakes no responsibility to review or monitor the contents of any information or E-mail sent to or from Users, and by using the Service each User agrees that DKAT shall have no liability for such contents.
- DKAT undertakes no responsibility to provide Users with technical support of any kind.
- User understands that the Service is not intended to take the place of an anti-virus program.
- This Service may not be utilized for unwanted E-mail, spamming, offensive, adult, or illegal communications, communications which infringe intellectual property rights, or communications which harrass, intimidate or otherwise violate the rights of others.
- DKAT reserves the right to block any User from using this Service.
- DKAT reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
- EACH USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT THE USER'S SOLE RISK. NEITHER DKAT NOR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DOES DKAT OR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
